Insdustrial Labour Supply

  1. Wages payable to the workmen shall be decided by mutual discussion from time to time.
  2. We shall maintain Minimum Wages record, leave with wages records and other statutory records required under Minimum Wages Act and Factory Act.
  3. We shall cover all employees under E.S.I.C., P.F. and maintain all the statutory records required under the said acts
  4. We shall obtain license under contract labour (R&A) Act for your factory, if the proposed employment exceeds 20.
  5. All other statutory records shall be maintained by us required under various labour acts
  6. We shall produce all the statutory records for your verifications, every month and unless our records are verified our next month bills shall be not payable.
  7. We shall employee a supervisor at our cost to ensure that proper services are rendered.
